WhisperPower has added a new series to its already extensive range of professional battery chargers: the Supreme Multi. Another high class battery charger from WhisperPower - Fast charging of lead-acid and Lithium batteries. These compact battery chargers are designed for charging separate 24 VDC systems in boats or vehicles. Up to 4 separate battery groups can be connected, which are charged independently of each other. Each DC output can supply the maximum current, 60 or 100 amps per leg, depending on the model. In addition to the 24 V models, a 48 VDC battery charger with a DC main output is available in the same design.
An important feature of the Supreme Multi is its resistance to high ambient temperatures (50°C). Standard battery chargers quickly reduce the charging current when temperatures rise. All chargers in this new range can be connected to an optional external monitoring panel (OctoView 3), which allows the charging current to be set lower, with a limited 230 V ampex range. Using a WhisperPower interface device, the charger can also be connected to an existing MFD screen (plotter, general touch panel, etc.).
